How This Works

PNC-27 is a chimeric peptide consisting of a segment derived from the p53 tumor suppressor protein (residues 12–26) fused to a membrane‑penetrating leader sequence[1]. Preclinical studies indicate that PNC-27 selectively binds to HDM‑2 expressed on the surface of cancer cells, inducing membrane destabilization and necrotic cell death while sparing normal cells[2][6]. Research in mouse tumor models has demonstrated inhibition of cancer cell growth via intraperitoneal preparation[4]. No human clinical studies have been conducted, and all measurement protocols remain theoretical extrapolations from preclinical work.

CoreVials Standard Mix

For a 30mg vial Add 1mL BAC Water
Final concentration 30mg/mL

After mixing (U-100 syringe reference)

  • 5 units=1.5mg
  • 10 units=3mg
  • 20 units=6mg

These are example measurement calculations only. They are not dosing, administration, medical, or veterinary guidance.
