How This Works
CJC-1295 (no DAC) is a modified GHRH analog (tetrasubstituted 29-amino acid peptide) that stimulates pulsatile GH release from the pituitary[1]. Human studies demonstrate sustained, dose-dependent increases in both GH and IGF-1 with preparation[1]. Ipamorelin is a pentapeptide GH secretagogue with a half-life of approximately 1.5–2.5 hours[5] that elicits a rapid GH pulse peaking around 40 minutes post-dose[6]. Importantly, Ipamorelin selectively increases GH without affecting ACTH, cortisol, or prolactin levels[3]. When combined, these peptides may produce synergistic GH release by acting on complementary receptor pathways[4].
